As Co-Founder of the Roma Capital Group, Zach manages the structuring and procurement of equity and debt finance for Roma Capital’s portfolio of development and investment assets. Beyond this, his management role extends to sourcing, negotiation, acquisition due diligence, and legal structuring. Zach studied at the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and holds a Level 3 Certificate in Corporate Finance and an Investment Advice Diploma in Derivatives. Prior to this, Zach graduated with First Class Honours in Business Administration from the University of Kent.
