The Old Farm
The Old Farm consists of development proposals for up to 25 new homes at Barham Court Farms, a site allocated by Canterbury City Council for residential housing. The site lies within the Conservation Area of Barham, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and as such the development is being thoughtfully designed in liaison with heritage specialists to ensure it integrates and compliments its surroundings.
The Oaks is a development of up to 35 high quality homes that have been designed by award winning architects to deliver needed new housing on a site allocated in Dover District Council’s adopted Local Plan. This will be a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes positioned on the edge of the historic village of Nonington, which lies in characterful countryside between the attractive city of Canterbury and the coastal town of Sandwich.
Lynwood Green was formerly a winfall site with a single residential dwelling on the outskirts of the village settlement boundary. We submitted and secured planning permission for a development of 14 high quality homes, which are contributing towards the enhancement of Whitfield and its adopted expansion plans.

Roma Capital have now secured planning permission to construct a new block of 8 residential apartments that will assist in easing the local demand for further rental properties. The was an infill site set in the hillside of Hythe with stunning sea views. The property had been converted into a single dwelling from a former convent and we secured planning permission for the demolition and erection of 9 new high quality apartments.
